I hate having stuff in my pockets so I’ve always had some kind of bag. When I moved to the sticks I bought a useful sling bag, a lot like the Havazak here. It became such a useful piece of kit that I completely wore it out. I couldn’t find another, so I decided to make one, tweaking the design here and there to suit my needs, but retaining the original aesthetic.
The Blunt Shank Havazak MA1-R is made with a tough water-resistant fabric and lined with neon orange ripstop nylon. It has a tactical webbing handle to the back and useful straps. This version is designed for right handers like me. It has one press stud to the front leaving quick access on the other side. I have a dog and so I wanted something I could reach into quickly, but to ensure things don’t get wet inside, I added a bungee cord and a marine steel clip, so the flap returns quickly to where it should be. I wish my dog was so obedient. The sling strap is made from technical webbing and features two marine steel slides. I can vary the length quickly when needed and shorten it to a belt, to wear the bag on the hip. The bag is finished with retro-reflective branding for nigh-time visibility.

The Havazak MA1 colour way will be limited to 4 pieces, but you can choose webbing from the selection pictured and whether you want a left-handed version. Just let me know. If you don’t I will assume it’s a right handed bag you need.
Each bag is handmade in my home workroom and is made 2 order and shipped within 4 weeks. I offer free worldwide delivery.
